Each biscuit is a blend of tradition and modernity.
They are made from natural ingredients and contain no preservatives, colourings or artificial flavourings.
Since the beginning of the 1990s, La Sablésienne has pioneered the manufacturing of organic biscuits. Our pâtissiers use traditional, often forgotten ingredients, such as spelt and quinoa, in their tasty recipes with a modern touch.
Organic biscuits are one of the specialities of La Sablésienne, which now makes Ecocert products for some famous brands.
There’s also a tea room serving hot and cold drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juices and fizzy drinks) for you to enjoy while sampling our biscuits.
